Default torch issues

I just moved my studio to a new location and in the move also replaced my propane tank. Now when I fire up my torch, I can't get a steady flame - it surges constantly with the flame rising and falling every 5 or 6 seconds - anyone know what could cause that? A video is posted on my facebook page here: https://www.facebook.com/Beads-n-Such-141819152530121/publishing_tools/?section=VIDEOS&sort[0]=created_time_descending

Try turning up the pressures on your regulator. It might be that or your hoses. I would try regulators first.

The last time that happened to me, it was my oxygen concentrator. If you have one, when was the last time you serviced it?

Default Torch tip size

I need to calculate the consumption of gas-oxygen for the purchase of some equipment and I need to know the size of the jet's outputs of the gtt and betlehem torch. Can somebody help me?? Some have told me that they are # 3 and # 5 depending on which stages. Is it like that? ... Thanks ... Juan

I just searched for the same "breathing" issue and found this thread. I am going to try 2 things. Disconnect then reconnect my newly filled propane tank, and turn up the pressure on the propane. Fingers crossed!
