Default Wine Bottle Stoppers without a mandrel attached?

I'm looking for these and having horrible luck. Don't need ones with a mandrel. Need ones with a flat base for sculptural work.
Any help?

I make sculptural glass stopper toppers on the end of a mandrell that is sized to fit the screw of the stopper.
After cleaning them I use adhesive and attach them to the stopper.
I've never seen stoppers without some type of rod on top.

All the ones I buy have a threaded stud that can be removed. That leaves a flat surface. You can attach a rod to your scupture and insert into the hole and glue or epoxy in place.

This site has a variety of stoppers, including a flat top stopper

Is that what you're looking for?
