Pretty cool. I mean the way you use the dental pick to carefully scrape away the color? That was awesome!!

Kidding...kidding. But the tutorial, it's well done.

Yeahhhhh, I tend to do that *chuckle*

Honestly though, I wasn't going to buy the tutorial at first because I figured "oh, they're just like grinding down a geode marble" but then realized it wasn't, so I bought it to get the secret. Kind of a duh moment, but worth the money

Great tutorial - you make it so easy - you don't even want to know how I did the window in my avatar bead - let's just say that I'll be doing it the "JEN" way from now on.

Oh I have had fun with this, I have made loads, here are some of them.

I was very disappointed with myself on this one as I messed up at the end, it doesen't look so bad in person but on the photo all the errors show up big time.

This one is the first one I did and I do like it.

This moon bead is my favourite, its lovely on a gold chain as a pendant, I managed to get the reflection of the moon on the water (I hope anyhow)

Thanks Jen, great tutorial.

Thank you Jen and I think everyone who has bought it is having a lot of fun.

I made some more.

Winter birch trees.

and an organic with red roof tile, so its not as orange as it appears and is a much nicer colour.

Wow Lesley, those are just beautiful, I love the moon bead but the Winter Birch is my favourite.

I have the tutorial, I haven't had a chance to play yet. I am going to Jen's class over here in October, I can't wait.

I just bought this and it is fabulous! So, do most of you put windows on both sides of the bead or just one side? I'm thinking it could be done either way.

I love this tutorial. Thanks Jen.

Mary Beth, I like to put the window on both sides with a slightly different view each side.

Thanks's, Jenn! That's what I've been thinking about also. The other side could also have some background embellishment instead of another window. This has a lot of possibilities.
