Does gold aventurine chunk work with different COE's?

In other words, I'm thinking about buying some aventurine chunk to pull my own 104 stringers. But could I also use the same chunk with my Bullseye 90 fusing glass? Or my boro sample pack?

I don't know about boro, but I know you can use it with BE, as long as you encase it with BE when you pull the stringers.
