Two Torches Two Choices

I'm looking to get a bigger torch and was wondering what you all thought of these two. Wild cat and the little dragon 21. I have a minor burner right now and would like to do some bigger beads but still be able to do my fine detail stuff. Also I'm not looking to go over the $350. range.
