Question Nortel Mega Minor Gas Settings

Hello, I’d like to fire up my new Mega Minor for the first time today and also I haven’t been at any torch much in years so I’m reaching out hoping someone can tell me if these settings look ok for my gas?

Just under 2psi for propane and just under 5psi for oxygen.

(I’m used to using more, was told this setting will be fine.)

Looks about right for my settings. I use a concentrator set at 4.5L and propane set on 2.

Thank you, I did check the settings for it and 2/5 seems to be ok there. I used to have 5psi propane and about 15 psi for oxygen settings. Guess that was too much...

I have my propane at about 5-6 for mine. I can't keep the flame lit at 2, but maybe there is a difference in regulators. I use an oxycon, so don't have a regulator for oxygen.

Yeah I have my propane set way higher, but I'm usually going at the same time as multiple other torches so maybe that has something to do with it. Also use an oxycon.

I had a hard time when I first got going and called Nortel. I told him I was having a hard time keeping my flame lit, and he told me to turn it up a bit at the regulator
