I don't know why it is not more talked about. I thought of this before and after reading this thread I set out to see what I could come up with and this is it.

First you need this, the famous Hot Head.

Then you got Gas?

Then you need the adapter.

The Regulator.

The other adapter.

How it fits together.

Final system.

Deb, I'm flattered! I'm so glad I could help!

The hothead model is the old one, I THINK. I've had three hotheads over the past three years I've been torching, and all are the same, or appear that way anyway. If the newer hotheads have been out longer than three year I have no idea.

I have had ongoing issues with weather affecting how the Hothead Torch functions. I'm glad to find this Thread, and I'm going to try the Radnor Fuel Gas Regulator that is sold on www.glasstorchtech.com on the tank to see if it helps.

I have the Regulator, can anyone tell me what to set it on for a 20lb propane tank that is outside, with the hose coming into my studio? I learned that 10 won't run the HH.

Information in the above thread indicates that 60 psi is about the minimum recommended pressure but that some have had success with 45 psi.
