Exclamation Popping on Minor Burner

Hello,

I was at my torch yesterday and had the propane on, when I went to add the oxygen it made a popping sound. I got freaked out and quickly turned off both the gas and the oxygen. I tried letting oxygen run through the torch without a flame and it seemed to be flowing fine. I tried again and the same thing happened. I have cleaned it recently so I don't think that's the issue.

Any ideas? Is this safe? How do I get the torch serviced if that's what it needs?

Thanks,

Molly

I don't know why it would be popping, so I would call Nortel and ask them.
I emailed or called once, can't remember, and they got back to me and helped me with my problem.
