Default Chili Pepper programing

Hi guys!
Can anyone give me a quick run down on how to program a chili pepper with an orton controller? The book that came with it isn't any help....

Thanks!
Shelley

There are three buttons. Hit the far left "enter" This will ask you what program you want to use. There are 4. use the arrow keys to select one.

Hit enter and use the arrow keys to select how many segments you want to program to have.

Hit enter and use the arrow keys to tell it how many degrees per hour you want it to ramp to that target temp.

Hit enter and then select how long you want it to hold that temp.

Hit enter and select the next target temp.

Hit enter and select how many degree per hour you want it to ramp to that temp.

Hit enter and select how long to hold at that temp....

repeat for as many segments as you have in the program.

When you are done, it will say ready (not exactly, but you can tell it's saying ready... hit enter and it will start to run the program.

I hope I have the Orton controller. If this doesn't work, I muct have the Bartlet on mine. Too tired to go check with now, but most controllers are very close to this sequence.
