Question bluebird paragon kiln setup help!

Hi I am a newbie flameworker, I just got a paragon bluebird jr. with the fiber inside. The mandral rack makes the beads touch the fiber blanket and I called the paragon factory and was told to bend the mandral rest,or adjust it- but the weight of the beads make the mandrals tip forward until they rest on the fiber.I wonder if there is a trick to this I would rather my beads don't touch the blanket. can anyone help me. ? Also ramping up schedual for just annealing 104 glass? thanks in a advance- Susan
