Mystery Glass - Identity Wanted
Not sure when or how these got into my collection, but I'd sure like to know what they are, so in case it's River Rock (I wish) I don't waste it goofing around.
It has a sort of golden glow when backlit that I couldn't get a good shot of.

Good question. It's not Mystic Mountain though, I have some of that.
My fear is that it is something like Swamp Moss.

Looks maybe a little like Translucent Ivory - I think that's what it's called.

Looks like some of my river rock. If you'd like to make sure, you can send me some to compare with what I've got.

Wow, cameras are amazing. I couldn't see the dark core until I took the picture. So, Lichen maybe?
I have some Lichen Odd, which is more translucent and the dark core is much more obvious.

There is both light and dark lichen, and this looks like the light.

I like the look, although its more of a background organic type of color. The only problem with all of vetrofonds "filligrana odds" is that they are insanely shocky.

I have Avocado Marble and it is different, rods more tan and dark center contrast much greater. I don't care much for it. Maybe I will sell it along with the mystery Lichen, and Jungle Twilight, another one I just don't get.
I haven't found them especially shocky, except for Orange Dreamsicle which was hopeless, frit on a stick.

I vote for Avocado Marble too.
Havenīt done anything nice with it so far. Would love to see other beads made from it.
