hmm, is it going muddy on you? I suspect a heating issue, happened to me too but I only had one rod. So pretty. Can you show pics of what is happening?

Encase it. It did really well for me. I did lay a base of clear first to ensure the red in it behaved for me. If it wasn't such a pain I would show you a pic, but I hate the whole resizing game to post them.

Use the 'Go Advanced' button to post. Scroll down & click the 'Manage Attachments' button to attach photos. It will resize for you when it uploads. Of course the pics aren't stashed in your photos here on LE, so they won't stay around forever on posts like those will.

Thanks for the tips, I will try them. Have been working on "camoflouge" colored beads and school colors. Made red ssl beads and black stringer spelled out school mascot with little black spacers. In my mind they turned out good, will see what the kiln has to say in the morning. Will have my kids post pics for me.

Oh! Cool! I don't post many pictures because it was a pain. Love the work around! Here is Spanish Leather encased.

Spanish Leather also makes great erasers for pencil sculpts; it's the perfect color IMHO.
