Found it but it took a while.

You know, Im one of those that need to see this tool line a bead, I cant follow directions for the life of me. (yes its true) I am visual. So does anyone have pictures of the set up? I can measure the size of the bead to the tube. Its the screws and all that is throwing me off. Thanks for putting up with me... Stacy

Hi Paula
I am trying to buy some Beadreamers and have them shipped to a US address but my paypal account is South African and will not allow me to change the shipping address to a US address. I just want to find out if he will ship to a US address.

Ah. Well Dave I can vouch for Carmen. I know that she does live in South Africa and her daugher does live in NYC. And I have even met her (Carmen)! So even though her request may sound like one of those email scams from Nigeria~ It isn't!
I hope that helps!!
eta. Hi Carmen. I bleached my hair...Did you notice?

Dzve,
Hi. What is the shipping status update? You mentioned you were going to try to ship at the end of last week?

My order date is 8/23.

Thanks

I'm a few days behind schedule. (So what else is new?) Had to stop and do maintenance on machines and replace a broken fixture that caused a whole day's work to be scrap, among other woes. That's done now though, and finally, I actually got some done today. I will try and ship each day if practical, but regardless, everything through (about) 9-1 should get shipped this week at least by Saturday if not sooner. (barring further unforseen difficulties!)

Yours will probably go out Thursday. I really am trying to give everyone a fair shake, working at least 8 hours every day, usually 10. But stuff happens sometimes. Being just one guy means everything stops till that guy gets it fixed...

I'll continue emailing everyone as orders are shipped. You can also check the status of your orders on the Impress site, I believe. You just have to put in your order number and email I think. If anyone tries that, please let me know if it works.

Regards,
Dave

Dave,
I think you may be talking to the U.S. Paypal and getting different answers than she gets in South Africa.
Carmen,
If you'd like I'll buy another one and ship it to your daughter.

Paula

Hi Dave - any 3/32 bead reamers ready to ship yet? I think I placed my order just as you were out and waiting for the next batch to be coated.
Thanks,
Jenny

I didn't see a response from Dave, which is why I assumed you were responding to me. Sorry.

Default Impress shipments this week

Hi,
All orders through 9-2-08 are in the mail, except:
order # 418049 which is in the next batch beginning tomorrow, and valjean's order, which will go out shortly after her extra items are ordered. Valjean, I will email you tomorrow, and should be able to get yours in the mail by PO closing.

Thanks everyone for your patience. I will try VERY hard now to keep the momentum and get every current order outta here asap. You have all been very patient, given how long it took lately.

While at the hardware store this evening, I came across some dental picks at a good price that have some nice curves and shapes, and are double ended. I bought 32 of them and will try and get them up on the website this weekend, along with mandrels, and one or two new tools.

Special personal thanks to several of you here... You know who you are.

Regards,
Dave
