Help with Ekho
Does anyone know much about Ekho? I used to get some great colors and now I am haiving trouble. I do get purplish-pinks, but I mostly get a mango color. It's great, but I would like to get some lighter pinks and lavendars, like I used to. I've also seen some blues and greens with this glass. I made this bead that I wish I hadn't sold, that had great lavendars. It was gorgeous! What is the sequence that the colors show, depending on how long it's heated?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
-Patti

For EKHO
I heat the glass white hot, let it cool until the glow is gone, then instead of putting it back at the tip of a neutral flame to strike, put it back at the tip of a reducing flame to strike. . . encase and voilá! Hope this helps!

Ditto + I the encase it. What colors do you use as a base underneath the Ekho? It's quite a transparant color, once you've struck it properly.
