yes an m/ex15 will power a lynx decently....at about 85%. so beads, small pendants and marbles just fine i soft glass. boro might take a while.

One M15 and a holding tank would be better. (2 mini 15s and a holding tank would be even better.)

I ran a lynx on 2 5 LPM concentrators, and in my opinion it was not enough - tanked was much better. The M-15 outputs better pressure, and the holding tank would further improve your outcome - but marbles (or anything) over 1.5" in thickness will probably be slow, and you may be unable to avoid reducing some colors despite your best efforts.
That said, if tanked is a problem that's definitely the way to go (the 2 m15 route will allow you to attain better Oxy volume and purity as well.)
