I DO NOT RECOMMEND PAPPASHOP
Search youtube for "pappashop" I invested over $800 for a full website and they ignored my suggestions and did whatever they felt like. At first Alex was nice he said I could call them anytime I had an issue. But then when I DID have issues Alex and Jocelyn would not help me. After a dozen emails and 10+ phone calls (as well as redeeming 2 help tickets which did nothing) Jocelyn called me and she sounded drunk (or tired) and angry. She yelled at me for "bothering them" and suggested I close up shop but then refused to refund me my money!
My website was DOWN and so was my bank account!! I reported them to the BBB.... they have 3 strikes against them already. Just google "papashop" and look at the reviews.

Well first of all...yea their customer service wasn't the greatest but the youtube video is really none of my business. what they do on their time off is really up to them Why they chose to put up a video of them getting drunk is beyond me but again, not my life.

Unless you live a squeeky clean life, you really have no place to comment on theirs. Just my opinion~

my point is that i give them hundreds of dollars and they do not help me and what do they post of their life - getting drunk. Why they didn't respond to my helpticket instead of this

I love SquareSpace, I really do. I would just like to be able to integrate a shopping experience into my website and I can't do that on SquareSpace unless I hand code it and all that b.s. So for now, I'll keep SquareSpace and sell on Etsy. Hell, it's only $0.20 to list the items. No biggie.

SquareSpace has many different templates and you can build your website for free during the 14 day free trial. I really enjoyed that feature. Give them a try!
