Default Which cord? Jewelry makers

Made a glass "ring" with a 1 inch round mandrel. Want to wear as pendant with black cord. Want it to lay nicely (not stiff).
I know it will eventually war, but want decent durbility. Suggestions? Leather, waxed cotton cord, ...other?

I have used ribbon(many different colors and types available) and satin cord before when I wanted a nice drape...the waxed cotton and leather cord can sometime be rather stiff...entirely your preference. 🙂
