Default What kind of glue I should use.

What is the best glue to use for putting metal bails on back of glass piece. Making ornaments and used 527 glue, but the bail pulls off to easy. Please tell me name of glue. Thank you

I have never had a problem with old fashioned Epoxy.

2 part epoxies like Devcon, Epoxy 330, even Loc-Tite should be OK. These here- http://www.rings-things.com/Products...t-Epoxy-Glues/

This is the best one I've found- http://www.hisglassworks.com/shop/ad...pack-html.html

BUt it's pretty expensive initially, you need the applicator gun and several nozzles. I used it on door pulls for kitchen cabinets and haven't had a failure from daily use. Might be overkill for light pendants though.

Never had luck with E6000, 527 or any of the straight out of the tube glues.

Thank you

I've used a glue called Hasulith for metal on glass and it's worked really well.
