Post Who's your Favorite Glass Vendor/Supplier

Hi! I've been away from the torch for years and am clueless as to who is still around and who (sadly) isn't. Could you please share who you buy your glass supplies from? 104 COE compatible glass rods are my main need for now but all input is very welcome.

Are most of the vendors from 10 years ago still around, does anyone know? On the aside, I used to live in Asheville practically next door to Mountain Glass Arts and would kill to still be so close by...but now I'm in St. Petersburg, Florida. And surprisingly we have more glass art here in St. Pete than in Asheville, you'd think the industry was booming!
Thank you!

Hand down - Howaco Glass. She's got great prices and you can buy by the weight or a single rod.

Agree! Fast service, always helpful, and I really appreciate the single rod availability for colors I just want to "taste."

Mountain Glass Arts has good customer service and is close to me, which means packages reach me faster and cost less.

Mountainglass is the biggy right now. I've spent thousands (boro and equipment) with nothing to complain about. They have expanded into Eugene.
Glasscraft no longer sells raw materials:

Smile Who’s your favourite glass vendor/supplier?

Hi to All. I’ve been reading for a while now, but this is my first post. Is anyone from Canada? I live in Ontario, and when I order glass (or tools, etc.), the shipping costs are huge, and there are sometimes (not always) ‘customs fees’ as well. Does anyone know of a good glass supplier in Canada?

Thanks!

June

I mostly buy glass from https://www.nortelglass.com/
Talk to Jean. It's where I got my torch and my concentrator as well
