Question Spacing dots...

What method do you find most helpful when spacing dots on a bead?

Thanks in advance!

Even number I make a dot on one side, eyeball 180° and put a very small dot. If it's where I want it, I continue, if not, I pull it off or let it get cold enough to let it pop off and then try again. Then, depending on the number of dots I want, I eyeball the rest.

Kristina Logan has a great video on youtube, it has some dot stuff in it(about 18 minutes in) as well as a whole lot more - definitely worth the watch:

you can try using the same color as your base
just to mark the spot
then add the color over

if its a small bead i use tammys method, for a really big bead i just wing it, mostly it turns out, i dont know why

a harder question is "how do you get all your dots the exact same size?"
