Default MAPP bottle question

I've a beginner (very) beadmaker and want to get some practice using a Hothead with MAPP bottles. How long does a MAPP bottle last, say if it was used continuously? Thanks,

Maybe 2 hours before it starts to freeze up? But there are about 4 hours of work time in a bottle. (If memory serves me, it's been a while)

If you use the smaller cannister you can get about 12 hours total. To prevent the cannister from freezing up, keep it in a bucket of water while using it.

Thank you both for you comments. If a bottle freezes up, I can stop and wait until it thaws out, then continue?
