OK this is my first time to post here. I did these in June, so here goes.

Some implosions. I did a few with Leslie Bitgood and I got a tutorial from Ron Bearer Jr.

Thanks Sara. I love that one too. Using boro has been a stretch for me. It's also a LOT hotter, as my index finger will keeps telling me.

Try using a rawhide mallet with the bead cushioned with cardboard underneath. gentle tapping will bring the lip down. It also helps to have the beads without the deep dimples.
