Default Drill stops in tiny sizes? Shopping help

Anyone seen drill stops in tiny sizes? I'm easily finding them at 1/8" but I need tiny as in wire gauge drill bit size #50-60.

In case someone knows what they are but not what they are called.......drill stops are small collets that fit around a drill bit. You tighten it to the exact depth you want to drill your hole. It makes it really fast to drill a bunch of holes the same exact length.

Like this but much smaller:

Using tape is a quick sub but doesn't hold up for true consistantcy.

Thanks!

I checked with www.daniellopacki.com but didn't see them on his site. He makes tiny tiny little diamond drill bits. You may want to email him and see if he knows where you might be able to get some .

Try this...
run your drill bit thru a dowel or a small block of wood. Cut to length and or stack to length

tape a small brass tube over your drill b it. or if you have extra bits that size use epoxy. can get the brass tube anywhere they sell supplies to make radio controlled toy cars etc.

A lot of way of doing that, but i use this
http://www.stewmac.com/shop/Tools/Dr...uter_Base.html
I use a forum tool for many applications and this router style base for my hand set is really nice. very well made.
depends on the type of drill that you might use too.
the simplest way would be a pieces of hard wood with a flat bottom and a hole the same size as the bit. the hole being perpendicular to the bottom. the block gives you a wide stable base. cut the block down to size leaving you the extended depth of the bit that you need.
