Smile Does anyone know what my double helix orphan rod is?

I love getting these, but this one has me stumped. It is transparent, green with cranberry pinkish undertones. Of course the second I opened the box I stepped outside to take a picture and post about it here.

It looks a little bit like mine. I thought it was Clio when I first got it, but it turns out it was Notos. It's one of my favorites.

Clio will turn pink, Notos goes to an eerie light pearly blue. Like this

I think they vary, mine doesn't look like that...I haven't played with mine yet. Gorgeous Jamie Lynn! If I could make Notos look like that I would love it!

ok can I play too?

I thought the one I got was Clio dark, but now seeing this and a new orphan I got that was labled, I'm not so sure?

The lighter one is greenish-topaz and is tagged Clio Dark (which is odd, it is very light! Like straw yellow), the one above it is the one I fell in love with, which is basically just an amber color that turned pink in an instant is this Clio Dark also? I have gone through a lot of Kalypso and it is semi translucent, from what I've had anyways.

I have rods that look like this one, and mine is Sasha's Silver. Did you find out what yours is?

I'm laughing, because mine is a pale purpley color, & I haven't tried going through the site or my glass to match it yet, but know I will!

It looks like either Kalypso or Notos. The newest Kalypso rods I have are a greenish grey colour with a pink tinge, the Notos ones are a greeny/blue/grey. Probably the biggest difference between them is that the Notos is almost transparent, but the Kalypso ones are more translucent.

I need help ID'ing now. I got a rod of black, I thought maybe it's their black, but it's not. There is no color when held up, pulled out it's purple. It does reduce, but not all pretty like Triton etc, it get's that green muck over reduced look we all know very quick.

I didn't take pics, because it's literally just black.

The black rod is probably AX605 or AX598. Try reducing it using a tiny, soft reduction flame.
