lost shipment-- tough luck
A medium sized Boro shipment from Sundance disappeared---- I opened an investigation with UPS--- no avail. I called Sundance-- they just said we ship and forget about it-- you are SOL. I will never order another thing from Sundance due to their attitude. I was going to buy a Beth Champ from them-- but not now. OH well. E-commerce has its risks.

I had a huge problem with them back maybe 15 years ago when my kiln caught fire and they said it was obviously something I did. Never purchased from them again.
Sorry for your mess, maybe the shipment will turn up?

There should at the very least be a tracking number they can give you.

How long has the shipment been "missing?"
At the very least, Sundance should be able to provide a tracking number.
