Default My OG15 Oxycon is Gasping!

I bought an OG15 from a friend earlier this year, and just recently it has begun "gasping" as though it is releasing pressure, just after its intake (?) "breath".
We're replaced the filter, but it hasn't changed. I thought it was a bit of dirt in the line and have cleaned the torch, which seemed to fix it (coincidence?) for a while, but now it's getting worse.
I live in a pretty isolated part of New Zealand, so am in a bit of a quandary as to what to do.
Any suggestions would be welcomed!

Try sending a message to the manufacturer. They may be able to help.
