Howaco Glass
Howaco glass is great!
I think the person loading the mail truck at the post office decided to drop-kick my package into the back because half the rods were broken into multiple pieces. I sent JameyLynn an email and ...
She replaced the broken rods, refunded me for one color she no longer had AND told me to go ahead and keep the broken ones when I asked if she wanted them back!
(The 2nd package arrived quickly and intact)
I call that exceptional customer service plus her prices are great. I'll be purchasing more from Howaco.
