Default controller help

I am excited about my new JLD634 controller, but frustrated about programming it. Can anyone offer instructions on how to program a batch anneal while torching and also a ramp and hold for 104 glass beads. Any help will be welcome.

Thanks for the link Lorleek, That document is what i am frustrated about, it is translated and difficult to understand, here is part of the text "When there is alarm after no alarm, the alarm output." I had my fingers crossed that someone with experience with this model had figured out the steps to program it, and could share what they know. It is also known as 64rs, and xmt634

If you purchased one of these you are either going to build your own controller or have purchased one that someone else has built.

This unit alone will not control a kiln!

Now with that out of the way...

You need to set your input signal to what TC you are using
display low limit to 0
display high limit to 2000
decimal point to 0
Set the alarms to 0

Write down everything you do! And what the settings are.

Thanks for the start, i have built the controller, with the help of Laserglass, and his amazing tut on a homemade controller. He guided me to the relay and suggestions on wiring, i have it ready to go with TC. Just struggling with instructions. Will document everything.

Sorting thru all the crap for the PID is a PITA, so many people buy these and think all they have to do is plug in their kiln
