Default Funky Red Shack!

So we are buying our first home but the bit I am most excited about...isnt the actual house, or the half acre of land with a garden and koi pond 0o it's this

Now it needs a lotta work to turn from fumpy man cave in to a lampwork, pottery, and extra other crafts area... but it's going to be wonderful in the end!

yeah, looks like a lot of the basic work to set up a studio has already been done. More of a decorating budget! Plus it has electric. Awesome.

A funky red shack is better than no shack at all.

Ok OP post was a bit...ahead of time really..
We did close on the home after a two-week delay from original closing...about repairs(never ask for repairs the inspector found but the VA appraiser didnt) Causes issues...big issues.. the mythical under writers go insane....
and then the shop has power.. but is wired wrong, someone got smart by passed all the breakers!....and my father has basically forbidden me from working in it until it's rewired. As he's willing to do the work, meh might listen to dad this time.

SO whole new studio, has been put off a bit longer :/

But the promise is there, and well worth the wait, right?
