David at Available Oxygen is awesome!
I have had a broken concentrator sitting in my garage for awhile now. I was talking to David and mentioned it. He walked me through figuring out which part was bad, what needed done, and is shipping me the new part! I am so excited!

So far, so good!
I ordered an M-20 from David by phone. He called me to let me know it was being shipped (which was within three days of ordering...) and he sent me a free filter for my other one! It arrived well-packaged. Yeah!!! Thanks David!
Now I just need to get a bigger torch!
