Well, I've been asked how I do this so many times that I've finally written a tutorial- well, more like a workshop. It will take some work for you to get it right, but all the instructions and information is here. I've put in a lot of disclaimers, mostly because I know folks are going to ruin beads and I won't be blamed! Ha,ha! You need a kiln that will get to about 1500 degrees F to do this.
