Just put in an order for 2 from Graceful Customs about a week ago, I did get a partial refund on the shipping, so I know they are on they're way to me. Cant wait to check em out.

I just bought one of the Graceful Customs mashers. I did not experience any delays with delivery. The tool is sturdy and well made. For the quality, the price is reasonable. I can't imagine that I would ever have to replace the mashers, the are that well made. The rod holder is also great. It hods the rod securely and you can use the rod down to a little nub. I love my Graceful Customs tools.
Also bought the Corina Magic Wand. Also a well made tool. Love my wand.

And yes, if the actual shipping costs are less than charged, Graceful Customs will refund the difference.
