what kind of torch is this

About a year and a half ago, I asked them about the price of their Jupiter torch (the 31 port round head, instead of the 28 port rectangle head). They quoted me a price of around $1600-1800, and around $200 for shipping.

They look like steampunk machines... Something out of Water World or Mad Max... way cool! And didnt realize that quartz is so hard that you can make a friggin burner head out of it. Wow!
