Hi Can anybody give me some help as to how to make a ribbon rose bead. I have seen pictures but found no tutorials as to how to make them.

Are you trying to make a little swirl of pink that looks like a rose on the bead?

For the swirl, encase white or pink with rubino or other dark pink, pull into a stringer, and swirl the end onto the bead surface. Heat well and leave it raised or melted in.

There are some good tutorials on this on Etsy, search for Lampwork Tutorials and you can probably find what you are looking for, with lots more detail.

There was a tutorial on Etsy but it is no longer available but i cannot post a picture yet or a link as I have only just started to use this forum. Thank you anyway for your help. The flower I want to make looks like a length of ribbon wrapped around in a tight swirl

Is this one it?

These are some from JustKatie, I think, tutorials on Pinterest, but there are several authored by others as well.

Yes. Those are the beads I would like to make but all of the links on Pinterest come to a dead end. Is there anybody who can explain to a novice how they are made?
