I believe the pressure at which natural gas is normally supplied at is to low for those two torches.... IF you can get utility company to up pressure to 2 psi after the meter it would be be better... Or you may have to consider a G-Tech NG booster system.... But yes a natural gas system should be able to flow enough gas (volume) to run those two torches.... But be aware that overall in system there comes a point where the volume of gas available may not be enough to run the two torches and a kitchen range and a water heater and a forced air furnace all at one time, and yes its possible that all the above mentioned things may be trying to draw NG thorough you supply system from utility system as came time....
