Default Do You Know What This Glass Is?

I hope someone does cos I love it and think I want more.
They are large rods which makes me think they may be lauscha but the third color has a number which seems to be a moretti number: 791932 pale pastel pink odd

The other 2 I have no idea but I like them.

Probably Patty. The way to tell for sure would be to make a small bead with each. Fish Pink is so pretty in the rods but goes opaque and turns light gray when worked. It still has its merits, I like it with silver glass and in organics, but it sure would be nice if it stayed that pretty translucent pink. Maybe yours will.

There were other Vetrofond pinks that came out at the same time, but I don't remember the names. I have a few rods from then of dark flower pink, but there were others.

Then they all must be vetro odd lots? The rods are all the same except the color of course.

I don't know if it's one of the rods in your picture, but ABR seems to have Vetrofond Pink #3 VF791933: http://www.abrimagery.com/product_in...-104coe-p-5884 in stock.

I'm pretty sure that's one of them. I was thinking that was what it was called, but it seems so ridiculous! The thicker ones could also be Lauscha. Did you buy them from another lampworker? Maybe it was someone who sorted by color rather than manufacturer.

The rods in this picture look like they are opaque but sometimes it is hard to tell from a pic. The rods I have a re sort of opal.

I have no recollection of where I bought this. lol And the size does look like lauscha. They are about 8-9 mm round.

Vetrofond never made anything that size except for the transparent green. Those look like Lauscha to me and yes they are still available. If you can send me a chip of each rod I can probably match them exactly. They look like shades of violet and rose. What do the ends look like? #3 looks like milky way orchid. How long ago did you get them?

that's what I thought due to the size. i do think Elizabeth is right about the lavender one tho, cos it does have a number. What colors do you think the pink rods are? Do you have them in stock?

Orchid didn't have rings. You have 2 versions of pink. I have about 3 versions but only one is on my website. If you want to send me a hip I can match the colors exactly. Paula
