This probably isn't the right area, you can message Mike Frantz directly.

422 is Effetre orange, but I've heard that some of the CIM colors are better...

And they discontinued the candy in the boxes to cut costs, unfortunately...

Try another supplier - lots of vendors carry Effetre.

Orange and yellow seem to be two colours which vary batch to batch.

Given the quantities I have which were not shade I previously had.

Reichenbach 104 Orange Opal is almost a dead ringer for 422, at least with the batches I was looking at yesterday. That's another alternative if you're really stuck.

422 can be created by mixing electric yellow pastel and carrot orange pastel together in a 1/2 and 1/2 mix if you are in a bind. It comes out pretty exact, with the outer ring being a bit darker and all.

Orange it's ever changing! I was at PAG and they had the yummiest orange I have ever seen. I'm not sure what number it was, but I was tempted and I rarely work 104.

I don't use much, if any CIM, so I'm with you on it not being better. Mike does have Pumpkin Coral in the Points store that's a nice orange, and Zucca isn't bad... Apricot is good...

The last shipment of orange was that which we renamed 591422-T, but not opaque as we usually get it. There was no opaque. We should get more in about 60-90 days.

And the candy, that went the way of S&H Green Stamps.

That's fine, I don't even like candy! I always requested "no candy please"!

I miss the candy, but understand about cost-savings. It's a recession and we all have to take measures I suppose.

My questions to Frantz are:

1) Why do you keep tempting me to take money out of my grocery budget with your incredible sales?

2) Why, oh WHY, does melting glass have to be so FUN?!?
