Default Retail therapy, hot colors?

Hello-
I'm feeling the need for some retail therapy.
So what are the hot new colors I should try? Or any weird "odds" that I better buy before they're gone?

thanks-
Ana

Hmmm. I suggest looking at the Double Helix website and pick up some of the odds. Always good for some experimenting. I bought some aura and have either had very good or very bad luck with it. Sometimes both. I have been having good luck with it in twisties and some strange reactions.

Now for my request: I am seriously penny pinching for so many reasons..any suggestions for some really cheap retail therapy??

Are we talking glass therapy, or any type of retail therapy? I can't help with glass retail therapy, but I just went to the local dollar store today and went home with a trunkful of groceries for $23.00.

I would try some of the CIM colours, if you haven't already.

How about the Reichenbach 104 line - they just came out with a bunch of new colors.

And I agree - CiM Lipstick totally rocks. And right now I am in love with Ghee.

Anything silver is always hot.

CIM Kryptonite with Blush is a nicely compatible combination base for Florals and other "Girley Girley" cuties. I used to have alot of cracking with CIM until I moved my Annealing up to 1040 (mid range for CIM it turns out) for an hour and a half. Moretti hasn't objected any,go figure. TIM

I definitely agree with Kryptonite. They also have a unique Krypto right now that is more transparent...very nice with Leaky Pen! Also, Poi is a pretty grey purple and plays really nice with Ghee. Moretti #591253 Purple Rose very similar to 254 but with out being divity is a must have...Rocio has it on sale. Any of the Oddly Odds that Frantz Art offers are great therapy. Oh, and if you are into frit...that is also a wonderful way to curb your retail therapy cheap. Happy spending.

I just discovered Double Helix has shards and frit, specifically rocks of their silver glasses. The shards come in a really nice metal hinged box and they are nice thick shards. I bought some Aurae and the beads really turned out nicely. I'll post photos in a bit.

The rocks are fun to make stringers with or place on your bead. They are fairly reasonable in price compared to the rods and allow for some interesting play.

Great Ideas on here. I would agree with the CIM and Double Helix purchases, lol Especailly odds. and Search for lampworking supplies on Etsy. There are some new shops selling shards and frit. I just bought some great stuff to play with.
