Question Oxygen concentrator

So I purchased a new refurbished concentrator 2 replace a old malfunctioning one. Ok so the little metal nipple on this new one hasn't been retrofitted to accommodate. the threaded hose like my old one and I can't figure out how to make it work. It doesn't look like it will come off . I thought I could unscrew the fitting on the old one and put it on my new one but I'm afraid I'm go8ng 2 break something. Any help or advice is appreciated or I'm going 2 send it back costing me a restock fee & shipping . Thanks 😊 why can't things work out

So the metal nipple barbed, like this <<< ? If so, cut the fitting off your oxy hose and get a hose clamp in the appropriate size from the hardware store, slide over the hose, shove it onto the barb and tighten down with a screwdriver.
