This tutorial is a visual guide that will take you through all the steps necessary in order to achieve an etched bead with clear bubbles or flat windows.

Both beads shown in the picture above will be created in this tutorial.

For the beginner to the advanced artist.

Trying to do this correctly this time.

I am adding a picture of a bead I made using this tutorial. I will have to say it is not a great bead but it was the maker, not the author of the tutorial. Regis does an outstanding job of writing tutorials. I had a problem because some of the glass I was using was an irregular batch but then Regis talked me through everything. His customer service is excellent. He really backs up his products and is such a pleasure to deal with.

Now to try making some great beads using this tutorial.
