Default Intense stringers?

Intense black is a terrific stringer when making twisties and murrinis. What other colors hold up to the vigorous pulling throughout these processes? I tried to make twisties striped with one line of intense black stringer, along with equivelant amounts of the assorted colors. The intense black showed up quite well, where the other colors faded out. I don't intend to mix a bunch of intense colors together. I would just like to have an assortment of other intense colors besides black to choose from.

Cobalt lapis works very well, so does petroleum green (but that's reactive so if that's an issue you might want to ignore me LOL). Oh, and Effetre dark red.

Karen ~ I was thinking that those might work. Thank you for those suggestions!

One good test is to pull a stringer about 1-2 mm. Hold it up to a bright light and if it remains dense instead of appearing transparent, you're good to go. The only "if" is whether it's also a reactive color, like turquoise or petroleum green. Then, as usual, if it's applied to another reactive color, you're going to have webbing issues. Of course, if you do a thin clear-transparent encasing, you can control that aspect.
