Arrow springs #1 for kilns and digital controllers!
I recently had to send my digital controller into Arrow Springs for repair, and cannot say enough great things about the incredible customer service I received -TOP NOTCH! I spoke to Craig on Sunday (yes, can you believe that!) and he reassured me that he felt that they could fix it and that the cost would be minimal (I was ready to buy a new one and not eat for a week, as I thought my controller was a goner.)Craig convinced me to send it in, and within a day of Arrow Springs receiving the controller, they called me and said it was fixed and would be shipping it out immediately. Total cost including shipping - $64! Jason, their technician, has it running like new and even programmed two new annealing schedules in the controller -no charge for the new schedules! I hope Arrow Springs knows how much it means to us glass fanatics to have people who make themselves available on weekends, listen with a kind and helpful ear and then stand behind their products. It was truly invaluable to me and I will always recommend Arrow Springs Kilns and Controllers - fabulous products and unbeatable customer service!
