Default Question on Purples

I have a special order for a black base with yellow and purple.
Anything I try is being swollowed up by the black and you have to really look for it.
Here is the purple/yellow she wants, here is what I am getting. Need a bead swirled like the red and yellow one. More of a "crisp" outline rather than the blended fading into the black I am getting.
Special orders but she is a great customer.

Any suggestions?
Thanks!
Johanna

Yellow ocher and New Violet have a line reaction that might be good. Maybe over a dark transparent like CIM Charcoal instead of straight black? It's stiffer but it still webs and swallows color a bit so maybe it wouldn't be good....Reichenbach? I haven't used it but I hear good things.

I wonder what would happen if you made the bead out of the purple & yellow, then put the black on top?

maybe make your black base smaller and then encase it with clear before applying your purple and yellow.

This is what I would do to.
