More information is needed for a good recommendation:

- What do you want to make out of Boro? What size?
- How will you be supplying the oxygen to the torch?
- What is your budget?

I'm sure you can do small boro work with the minor already - beads, small marbles, small sculptures.

Thanks BEP

I tried to work with boro a few years ago but it didn't work out so well.....
I'm making small things, most of them are beads....
I'm using tanked O2 and tanked PB gas.
I can't buy really expensive torch.... Home I can sell easy the used one, if I want to change again later.

I would suggest the "Nortel Mid-Range" with Minor Top. It has the Minor torch on top that you are already familiar using and has the Mid-Range torch on the bottom that will put out plenty of heat for your needs.
It is not an expensive torch, but it works very good. I have had mine for the past seven years and it works great and has been problem free.
Good luck !

Buy a GTT Lynx. At 400 for a good used one its a steal considering that its a much better torch in a lot ways then beths and nortels. It will also hold its value for resale better then most others as well. Since your using compressed oxygen, use that capability.
