Default Creation Station or something else?

I posted a couple of days ago about my new set up and that I am having neck and shoulder issues. A couple of folks recommend the Creations Staion. I would love some feed back or other options so I can start saving.
Thanks

I have the Barefoot Art hand stabilizers and I cannot imagine working without them. I did pad them with a glue backed foam for cushioning. They are easily adjustable so I can move them around depending on what I am making at the moment. They are magnet stands so on a metal desk top you can pick your spot anywhere for stringer application ease, even mid bead. My metal desk top is just sheet metal scraps from the local sheet metal shop!

To help combat my neck and shoulder issues, not only do I use a Creation Station with elbow beanbags, but I replaced my chair with one that is higher and added a footstool for my feet. The setup has really helped.

it's pretty easy to make leather bean bags, I made my own. Tom holland sells them too.

I think the best way to avoid neck and shoulder problems is to alternate between standing and sitting. I actually stand most of the time, but I have a tall stool if I need to sit down.
