Are you serious? Lol! That Coates ink is used for letterpress and screen printing. Coate's parent company is SunChemical if you want to look up all the really cool printing uses for Coates ink.
Coloring glass is not one of the uses.
Inks contain things like vinyl or oils that you would never want to put into your torch.
I'm sure you already know this, but coloring glass has very little to do with adding things that are the color you want. It is much more about the chemistry of both the donor metals and the glass.
I only know a few examples but...
silver can make yellows, greens
chrome technology can make blues and greens
gold gives oranges, golds, greens
If I were you I'd use that Coates ink to make some sick gold letterpress labels and buy my colored glass from talented chemists like Momka, GA, NorthStar....
