Need to button up that overcoat? Here is the class for you! We will start with one and two hole buttons then move on to the various shanks you can attach to a cabochon and making button holes with a tungsten pick. The class will also include confetti buttons and paperweight buttons. If you are looking for a new market in the lampworking field, this could be the class for you!
The button class is the perfect place to practice that ever-challenging PUNTY!
Big hole beads are great, slide them onto a chain for instant jewelry. They are easy for you and your clients.
Learn how to apply the glass to your mandrel so you have a nice puckered bead hole even on a large hole mandrel! We will start with ¼” mandrels then work our way up to……let’s see how brave you are; maybe you can do a 1” mandrel!
Then twist the day away! I have lots of twist recipes to share. Learn to control the application of your twist and match the ends when you apply your twist…your friends will be amazed!
This class is recommended for the intermediate flameworker. A three-day format will give time to cover all of the above techniques and more.
