Default I'm in business~ I can torch!

I got a refurbished oxycon last Tuesday, and melted glass yesterday & today, yea!
Have I forgotten anything? Please ignore the mess behind the table, that's my stained glass & misc supply storage area.
I have to keep things separated by use, since I've crammed so much in there. I've got an area for lampwork, but also have SG and fusing glass, and a pottery wheel in there, so I don't have a lot of spare space.
I do have to get the nerve to use the kiln to anneal the beads I've made, so far I'm just using the crock pot but I know I have to learn to use the CP soon.

(by the way, there is walking space between my table and those messy shelves)

cute space. I do batch annealing because I'm tight on space too. Have fun!

Good going. It's amazing how much "stuff" we can fit in our "space". My husband keeps informing me I have to much crap, what does he know. Have fun creating.

My husband says I should have gotten a bigger building, but it looked plenty big sitting there empty on the lot, LOL, and I was trying to be fiscally responsible.

He has mentioned that if I would stick to one or two things I would have more room and more time to do those, but what fun would that be?

Wow, Eileen! That is a cramped space. Full of happy goodness though! I am envious, I got displaced from my work area and can only work for short periods in my kitchen (because my ventilation sucks out all of the air conditioning and my hubby gets testy) sigh. I want my Shedio!!!

It isn't quite as small a building as it may seem, but that's my lampwork area. The shed has inside dimensions of 11x13 if I remember correctly, but I have two work tables, plus shelves, cabinets, etc, and the pottery wheel, so it's pretty compacted, LOL.
I hope you get your shedio before too long!

"turn on that kiln"
I know, I know, I still didn't turn it on today, but I did try to decipher the program the previous owner wrote down in the owner's manual, LOL!
I did a trial brass frit bead that will probably be ruined because I put it in the crock pot today too

At least you aren't in the garage with 2 boys , a husband and all there friends, plus mine. I might add male's ,no matter how old are messy.Am not even going to start on all there tools and greasy stuff.
I remember when I first got my kiln, I was scared to even open it. I just decided to take a chance, read all the infor and start the darn thing. I was shocked that I could do it, you can to. So turn on the kiln and have fun.

Kim, I decided just that today, and it's ramping down right now.

Yea, I feel so brave!!! LOL
I did turn it off by accident when I was trying to skip to the hold & anneal part of the schedule, but I got it going again & was able to get to the right section, yea!

Yeah!!! Eileen good job. I had a few problems in starting mine myself, but all turned out well. Post a few picks so we can see what you have done, if you can.
