Default Magenta?

I have a request for a bracelet and/or necklace for an 11 year old girl who's favorite color is magenta and white. Magenta! A little fashionista in the making I think. What color would you use for magenta? I have some wine red that I think is OK, but wanted other opinions too.
Oh, and they want her name on the beads, and fish beads too. Fish I can do, but a name? Ack. Personally I don't think it's a good plan what with all those weirdo's out there, but... Anywho, whatcha think for magenta?

For me, I have two ways of making a color I would call Magenta. For a base bead, I would layer Dark Lavender 081 over Rubino Oro. You can also start with a white core and then layer the Rubino, then the Dark Lavender.
For a darker version, I use Light Silver Plum with Rubino over it, then Dark Lavender if you need to lighten it a little. Here are a couple of older examples of mine - hope this helps!

mmmmmm yum. Thanks Kandice. That middle one in the bottom pic looks just right. I hope the new rubino I have can do that, it's sorta lame at times. I'm going to have to get some of that silver plum for another thing, that's gorgeous!

Make sure you keep it fairly cool and it should still strike. They key is to not melt the rubino in all the way before you put the Dark Lavender on top. Almost like you would make striped beads - start with a narrow strip of white or pink, then place a narrow strip of Rubino on top, then a slightly wider strip of Lavender - winding that on for several layers. Then melt slowly into a donut. I hope that helps!

Well, these look absolutely nothing like your color Maybe it's because I used a pink base instead.
But I likes them anyway. This is a really bad picture, my camera is acting funny. These are really tiny anyway the bods are about the size of a dime, ummm if a dime was oval.
