I placed my order on Saturday afternoon and first thing today (Wednesday) my order arrived. Exactly as ordered and well packaged.

I ordered (among other things) a Precision 104 Grab lot...now I'm off to research what I actually bought. I'm a total newbie and just thought it sounded good so I ordered it. What can I say? I'm a retailers dream!

Artistry in Glass is my favorite as well, they ship very quickly and everything comes packaged nice and safe!

Artistry in Glass was who got me set up with my first torch, and a bunch of glass and supplies. Top spot in my favorites list under glass suppliers. These guys are superb! Very thorough, knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. Great website too, I can check back with previous orders to see exactly what I bought, when, and for how much. I wish everyone could be that organized for me! LOL! There are truly some great suppliers here in Canada, and Artistry in Glass is definitely one of them!
